Starting my practice at the cusp of the recession gave me a few options in terms of law firms looking for fresh attorneys. Undeterred and full of ambition, I started my own practice. My initial area of focus was criminal defense, but I now dedicate my practice to employment law, entertainment law, and sports law.

I got into law to advocate for people, and I got into sports law because I wanted to make sure our athletes have a voice. Ultimately, I want my clients to leave my office in a better position than they arrived.

My Employment Law Practice

In our society, having employment is the only real means of providing for yourself and being self-reliant. I want to help clients who are going through any employment-related legal issues and get them to a better position. The areas of employment law I focus on are:

  • Harassment at work
  • Family medical leave rights
  • Severance agreements
  • Unpaid wages and overtime
  • Wrongful termination
  • Employment discrimination
  • Disability issues
  • Employment retaliation
  • Sports and entertainment law (specifically in regard to employment contracts)

I have extensive experience in each of these areas of law, and I am ready to give you the advice and representation you need. I have taken employment cases all the way to trial and have settled in mediation. So no matter where your case takes us, I am fully prepared.

My interest in law sparked from a desire to help others and advocate for people without a voice.

  • Honest communication
  • A thorough explanation of your options
  • Accessible counsel (I will answer your call, and I will always get back to you)
  • Collaborative strategies
  • Transparency
  • Trustworthy advice
  • Clear direction
  • My best work

I am dedicated to my clients, which means helping them reach their goals and get into a better situation. I believe everyone should have access to an experienced employment attorney in the event of an incident in the workplace or for representation and counsel on contract negotiation. Your success is my success.

My Community and Areas of Service

Community is very important to me. I use my legal practice as a way to give back to them by providing legal guidance, representation, and advocacy for our public figures. My practice typically takes me to:

  • San Francisco County
  • Alameda
  • San Mateo
  • Santa Clara

Even if you are outside my geographical areas of focus, I am willing to travel to you at your convenience. I want to help, and I put extra effort into making sure I am accessible to my clientele.

I know how difficult it can be to find an attorney you trust and have confidence in. For this purpose, I strongly encourage taking advantage of my free consultations so we can sit down, talk about you and your situation, and determine if I am the right attorney for you.

Whatever situation you may be in and whatever occupation you have, I will help you protect your rights, your interests, and your image. Call me today.
